1. Who We Are
PUTPAD ("we", "us") operates getputpad.com and the PUTPAD dialer platform. Contact: legal@getputpad.com.
2. Information We Collect
Account and contact details you provide (name, email address, phone number, Discord ID); payment details, which are collected and processed by our payment processor — we never store full card numbers; content and usage data needed to run the Service (imported leads, call activity, settings); and basic technical data such as IP address, browser, and device information.
3. How We Use Information
To create and operate your account, deliver the Service, process payments, send account notifications by email and SMS (login and onboarding details, billing and payment alerts such as failed-payment notices, security notices, and service updates), provide support, improve the Service, and comply with law.
4. SMS / Text Messaging
You opt in to account text messages at checkout. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or contact legal@getputpad.com. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
5. How We Share Information
Only with service providers that operate the Service on our behalf (payment processing, telephony and messaging, hosting and infrastructure, and customer-relationship tooling), when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information while your account is active and as needed afterward for legal, accounting, and security purposes. Cancelling your subscription deletes your dialer account and its data, subject to backups and legal holds.
7. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Your Choices
Cancel your subscription at any time from Settings; opt out of texts by replying STOP; request access to or deletion of your data at legal@getputpad.com.
9. Children
The Service is for users 18 and older; we do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new effective date on this page.
